These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kirk Websites website, Website Project Agreement form, and Contact form. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Use of This Website
This website is provided to help prospective and current clients explore website services and confirm project details and previously agreed pricing with Kirk Websites. Information you submit should be accurate and belong to you or an organization you are authorized to represent.
Starting Prices and Project Quotes
Advertised starting prices apply to the limited starter scope described on the Get Started page. A $99 starting price generally applies to a simple, focused one-page website using client-provided content and assets. Final pricing depends on the number of pages, content preparation, design requirements, forms, e-commerce, booking, payments, integrations, and other requested features. The exact project scope and price will be confirmed before work begins.
No Payment Processing
Submitting the Contact form does not process payment. Submitting the Website Project Agreement saves the signed project details and, after review, opens secure Square checkout for the agreed one-time website build price and any separately agreed monthly care plan. No card is charged until the client reviews and completes checkout on Square.
Project Agreements
Details of individual website projects, including scope, price, and timeline, are governed by the Website Design Service Agreement referenced in the project form, together with any separate written agreement between the Client and Kirk Websites.
Website Build Price, Hosting, and Monthly Care
The project price entered on the Website Project Agreement is the one-time price for the website design and build unless a written quote states otherwise. Website hosting, maintenance, backups, security monitoring, ongoing support, and monthly care services are separate recurring services. Plans start at $35 per month and may increase depending on the website’s size, features, integrations, storage, traffic, security, and support requirements. The exact recurring price will be provided before monthly service begins.
Live Chat
The live chat is provided for general website-service questions and project communication. The private owner inbox may show an approximate count of active visitors and the pages being viewed so Kirk Websites can offer timely assistance. Response times are not guaranteed, and a chat message does not create a contract or confirm a project price. Users must not submit unlawful, abusive, or highly sensitive information through chat.
Changes to These Terms
Kirk Websites may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
