No Payment Processing

Submitting the Website Project Agreement form does not process any payment and is not a binding financial transaction. An official invoice is prepared and sent separately after review.

Project Agreements

Details of individual website projects, including scope, price, and timeline, are governed by the Website Design Service Agreement referenced in the project form, together with any separate written agreement between the Client and Kirk Websites.

Changes to These Terms
